MSPE Professional Engineers in Industry

 
Mission Statement
The objectives of MSPE PEI shall be to promote the professional, social and economic interests of industrially-employed engineers, and to instill and develop a professional attitude among all engineers in industry.

This Division shall act as a Forum for Discussion of problems that are peculiar to engineers engaged in Industry, and shall aid its members in the furtherance of good relations, both with other engineers and the public.

PEI Membership

Any MSPE member (in good standing) who is engaged as a proprietor, partner, officer, or employee of an industrial organization.

Does it cost to be a PEI member?

All MSPE members are given membership in their respective Practice Division.  A small portion of each member's dues is allocated to their chosen practice division.

How do I participate?

Meetings are held at the local (chapter), state, and national levels. Check the Calendar of Events on this Website for upcoming meetings in your area or contact one of the Officers about upcoming meetings and events.

PEI Scholarship

The Professional Engineers in Industry is currently accepting applications for their (PEI) Scholarship (female or male, $2500 for one year). Applicants must be sponsored by an NSPE/PEI member. Students who are children, dependents, or relatives of NSPE members are given preference in the scholarship selection process. Students must have completed a minimum of two semesters or three-quarters of undergraduate engineering studies (or be enrolled in graduate study) in a program accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET).
