Includes the counties of Hickory, Polk, Greene, Christian, Stone, Taney, Ozark, Howell, Douglas, Webster, Wright, Dallas, and Laclede. Major cities/towns include Springfield, Lebanon, Bolivar, West Plains, and Branson.

Ozark Chapter had 156 students sign in at the Discover Engineering Day. There were 11 learning stations: the West Point Bridge computer program, video conferencing, the Discovery Center had gears & Kapla Blocks, 3M did experiments with adhesives, the K-4 bridge, liquefaction, tornado in a box, "Radioactive" ping-pong balls game, coagulation/water purification, simple electric circuit, and the traffic engineers.
